These 10 abstract works are my first works using fabric to ‘paint’ with, alongside acrylic ink and paint. In the past year, I've become fascinated with my local town of Macclesfield's silk heritage. Called Silkwood Roads, these pieces reference the ancient Silk Roads and the wood of the local Holly trees which kickstarted button making in the area – which led to the silk industry being central to Macclesfield. 

Finished on the side with a warm grey, and a sawtooth hanger on the back to go straight a nail or hook. Each one is completely individual and comes with a mini Certificate of Authenticity and comes in sticker-branded box.
