WHAT IS ART IN COACHING?
Art in Coaching uses creativity to help you find clarity about what you want and what is getting in the way. It provides space to look at your life with fresh eyes and gain new perspectives that give you the confidence to make meaningful change.
If you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed about your next step, this approach can help you move forward with greater focus and confidence.
WHY IT WORKS
Many insights often sit deep within us, and accessing them by talking can only get us so far. Coaching with art uses simple visual techniques to reveal thoughts and ideas in our subconscious that might otherwise stay hidden.
IT'S NOT ABOUT MAKING GREAT ART
It's about helping ideas arise naturally from within. When you draw or paint any kind of marks on a page, you can begin to explore what those marks represent in ways that are intuitive and powerful. Clients are often surprised by how things can make sense when they have the freedom to express themselves through image making.

FAQs
Do I need to be creative for Art in Coaching?
Everyone is creative in their own way. If you can hold a pen or talk about an image, you can benefit from Art in Coaching. No experience needed.
Do I have to be good at drawing?
No. Scribbles, shapes and quick sketches are more than enough. You're not being judged and no one else needs to see the work, unless you want them to.
Do I need my own art materials?
Just use what you have at home: pens, pencils, kids' crayons, scrap paper and magazines all work perfectly well. If you want to keep exploring creatively long term, I can help you put together a small kit.
How many sessions will I need?
One session can often be transformative. For a specific issue, three sessions usually work well. If you need deeper exploration or longer term support, let's chat and decide together what suits you best. Sessions can be weekly or spaced out over time.
